People often believe that when others speak, it is an indirect claim of perfection.
Contrary to popular belief, it is far from the case. We are all human and we are bound to speak in a certain way at a certain time.
It is expected nonetheless, especially when the speaking is on a public platform. The first thing that is done is a thorough "guilty until proven innocent" type of assessment of the speaker rather than the spoken.
People will attack your faith if you talk about religion, attack your relationship if you talk about love, attack your patriotism if you discuss politics.
Basically, people will attack you no matter what you talk about. So, never you shut your guts because of what people might say about you.
They need to verify your right to address the issue.
• "𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴",
• "She 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽"
• "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱".. 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁?
Listen, 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. Their only escape is getting lost in helping others which many of you don't even appreciate or value because you think it's very easy to do.
I am one of the victims of such circumstance, at some point in my life, I felt like giving up on everything but your likes and comments keep triggering my passion to ink down words.
Forget about the facade of strength being put out, people are hurting inside but through their bravery, others are at least getting help. What does it then profit you to try and disrupt that? What have you also done to atleast put a smile on someone's face?
Nobody has it perfect, everybody is on a journey. That, however, should not affect the positive things that can be done to others.
I am sure there are people who think my life is perfect. No, it is not. Relationship? No it is not. Home? No it is not. Basically nothing is perfect, but it’s not just me. It is the same with you, him, her, them and everyone else.
So before you start beating yourself up about how imperfect your life is or how you want to be like the top profile folks, know for a fact that there are people who would swap lives with you without a second thought because the life you think so little of is someone’s recurrent prayer point.
Of course we want to get better and the strive to be that should not stop but it is usually better to hustle knowing that there’s nothing specially wrong with you and everything good takes time to happen for everybody. 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲, 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁.
